30-day return window
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition with all original packaging.
Non-returnable items
Custom orders, final sale items, and items damaged due to improper installation are not eligible for return.
How do I start a return?
Email support@optivivia.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send return instructions within 48 hours.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. You will be notified by email.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we provide a prepaid label.
